Operation Winter Rescue Program

This year as part of our Operation Winter Rescue Program, we were able to provide 400 additional stoves and propane fuel to the Native Americans who needed it the most. On the bleak plains of the Reservations, power lines go down often and it can take WEEKS for them to be repaired. These emergency heaters could be all that prevents someone from freezing. The stoves are meant as a backup heat source when something like that does happen. Winter usually starts around September and will last into May.
