Let’s all say goodbye to 2022 and hello to 2023 by making your year-end, tax-deductible donation today to help a Native American family, elder or child this winter. The Reservations have already had multiple snow storms with ice, 75+mph winds and -40-degree temperatures. Just imagine dealing with all of that at one time living in ramshackle housing that has plyboards for windows and no insulation? That is reality for many Native Americans on the Reservations in South Dakota that we serve.

The most important thing you need to know when you are donating to a charity is how much actually goes towards helping the cause. Don’t you want your hard earned dollars going to a charity that actually puts your donation towards providing assistance to those they are campaigning to help? Here at Native American Heritage Association, 97% of our total budget goes towards our programs to help the Native Americans living on the Reservations in South Dakota. Two of the poorest counties in the United States are on the Reservations we serve. We are also proud to say that for 18 years we have been rated a 4-star charity by Charity Navigator.
