In May, 2010 we received our 6th consecutive 4-star rating with Charity Navigator, the leading charity evaluator in America. Only 3% of the charities they evaluate have received at least 6 consecutive 4-star evaluations, indicating that NAHA consistantly executes it’s mission in a fiscally responsible way, and outperforms most other charities in America.
We’re gearing up for our fall and winter programs. Anticipating another harsh winter, we are preparing to start our Wal-Mart clothing program that helps provide warm winter clothing to school-aged children. Please consider making a donation to this program as well as sending any warm clothing, shoes, coats or hats to NAHA.
